Alan Cale

CHIEF EXECUTIVE OFFICER/CO-PRINCIPAL OWNER

Alan C. Cale currently serves as Vice President, Co-Principal Owner, Chief Operating Officer for Cornerstone Golf Partners. I have been in the golf industry since 1979, including General Manager and Director of Golf Positions at various golf clubs and tennis clubs throughout the Southeast. I have held this current position for over 25 years. I have Professional association with the PGA of America, Golf Course Superintendents Association of America, and National Golf Course Owners Association. I have and continue to attend educational conferences associated with the golf industry.

My current responsibilities include the following:

• Serve as Co-Principal Owner and Chief Operating Officer for Cornerstone Golf Partners in the management and operations of five (5) Management Contracts located within the Southeastern, United States.
• Have a personal presence at all Cornerstone Golf Partners properties.
• Oversee the development of new management contracts for Cornerstone Golf Partners.
• Preparation of Annual Operating and Capital Improvement Budgets for Cornerstone Golf Partners contracts.
• Implement and oversee the preparing of Annual Operation and Capital Improvement Budgets with management staff for Cornerstone Golf Partners contracts.
• Meet with Management Staff to review and implement Operational Budgets associated with the operations of clubhouse, golf course, food and beverage and tennis operations.
• Responsible for the recruitment, training and supervision of all management staff associated with the operations of Cornerstone Golf Partners contracts.
• Oversee the golf operations, golf course maintenance, food and beverage operations, tennis operations for Cornerstone Golf Partners contracts.
• Represent Cornerstone Golf Partners as a Co-Principal Owner in meeting with all owner representatives and staff members associated with Cornerstone Golf Partners contracts.
• Oversee the current professional staff and support staff of Cornerstone Golf Partners.
• Oversee with the Cornerstone Golf Partners accountant/controller with accounts payable, accounts receivable.
• Preparation and implementation with the assistance of management staff all marketing programs associated with Cornerstone Golf Partners contracts.
• Preparation and implementation with the assistance of management staff all annual pass and membership programs.
• Secure all equipment leases for golf carts, maintenance equipment, food and beverage equipment associated with the operations of Cornerstone Golf Partners contracts.
• Assist management staff in securing merchandise and food and beverage inventories.
• Development of web sites for all Cornerstone Golf Partners contracts.
• Represent Cornerstone Golf Partners locally and nationally in educational and business conferences.
