Andy Sutton

CONTROLLER

Andy graduated from Bob Jones University with a Masters in Accountancy. He has passed the CPA exam and is completing the final requirements to become a licensed CPA. Andy has been with the company for a little over four years and is responsible for creating monthly financials for over 15 properties.

Andy is also heavily involved in his church by teaching Children’s Church and maintaining the grounds on the weekends. Since moving to a new neighborhood, he has also been elected to the board to serve his home owners association.
